Order Processing Time
ALL PROCESSING TIMES CAN CHANGE. I do send out updates if the process times change, make sure to check your email. Holiday process times can be anywhere from 10-14 days. But I will post a special announcement around holiday time when times change and when to have your orders placed.
I am a solo business order, I am one person doing all the designing, creating, cutting, gluing, painting, sealing, packing/shipping, etc. I do not have extra time to respond to messages asking for order updates, especially those in their timeframe.
After an order is placed, depending on the customization I will need 5-7 business days to process and be ready to ship out. If you need it sooner, please contact me immediately.
Karve & Play Creations Operating Hours:
Business days: Monday - Friday 9:00am- 4:00pm
NO weekends or Holidays.
I do not respond to emails outside of business hours.
Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next business day. I do not check orders on the weekends, so if an order is placed on a Saturday, it will be processed starting on Monday.
Shipping Costs
Shipping starts at just $5.95, with costs varying on the item being shipped. Be sure to check the total shipping costs at checkout.
I DO NOT offer complimentary shipping
I DO NOT provide any delivery services.
I do offer free local pick up to LOCAL customers.
During check out if you pick local pickup, you will receive an email within 24 hours to arrange a pickup time. I ask that you please respect this policy on local pickup, otherwise I will remove local pick-up option entirely.
For our local customers, I offer convenient pickup options in Heyworth, Bloomington, Champaign and Paxton, Illinois.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
ALL of my items are made to order. Most of the items are customized, personalized and/or crafted based on the order.
I DO NOT provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of my products for ANY reason. However, should have any concerns with your order, please reach out to me and I will try my best to fix the issues as soon as possible. But this must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If you received your order and it was damaged, please send me an email to karveplaycreations@gmail.com WITH PHOTO PROOF OF THE DAMAGE.
**This is not because I don't believe your order was damaged, this is because I cannot file a claim with any carrier without photo proof. **
****You only have 10 days from the date of your delivery to provide me with photo(s) of proof of broken or damaged products. I have a very short window to file a claim with any carrier. If you DO NOT provide photo(s) within 10 days of delivery, I CANNOT AND WILL NOT SEND NEW PRODUCTS OR ISSUE A REFUND!!***
Reminder when you purchase something from me, you also agreeing to these terms, as it's your responsibility to read my shops policies before you purchase anything.
Ordering Policy
Orders MUST be placed through my website or via invoice payment (customer orders).
Direct messaging is NOT considered an official order. This policy helps me manage operations efficiently. Without an invoice number, I may not be able to fulfill your request.
Please know that if you have ANY questions on an order you've placed, I cannot help you without an order number.
Karve & Play Creations is a professional business and complies with tax regulations. I require an invoice for all orders to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial documentation reliability.
Disclaimers
Karve & Play Creations is not responsible for any damages to personal property such as but not limited to doors, screens, glass, decks, etc.
Karve & Play Creations is not obligated to replace any signs/decor damaged by weather or customers' neglect.
While all door hangers/outdoor decorations are clear coated for weather protection that does not mean they are 100% weather proof, espeically when there has been extreme weather.
